Ferris PolyMem® Wound Care Dressings
![]()

Ferris PolyMem®, known worldwide as "The Pink Dressing,"® provides a warm, moist, healing environment that protects the wound and facilitates the body's natural healing process. PolyMem promotes formulation of granulation tissue and re-epithelialization …and much more. These dressings facilitate the healing process by promoting the concentration of the body's naturally produced growth factors, nutrients and regenerated cells in the wound bed.
The dressings consist of a polyurethane membrane matrix on a semipermeable
thin-film backing. This is the only dressing where the hydrophilic membrane
contains a cleanser, a moisturizer, and a superabsorbent starch copolymer.
PolyMem's unique design and patented formulation usually eliminates the
need for manual debridement and wound bed cleansing during dressing changes.
This in turn helps to reduce patient discomfort and reduce the time and cost of
dressing changes and facilitates healing.
