Written request must be
sent to Ashton Medical Products listing Ashton Medical Products invoice number
before any merchandise can be returned.
Written
authorization will be given by Ashton Medical Products prior to return of
merchandise. |

Returnable for Credit: |
Credit will be issued
on the original net purchase price. Only unopened cartons will qualify for
return. |
| Freight
and Returned Goods Credit: |
Unless otherwise stated
in writing, all returns shall be shipped prepaid to Ashton Medical Products warehouse. Credit
will be granted as follows: |

Defective
merchandise at time of receipt: 100% credit or replacement.
Ashton

shipping error: 100% credit
Salable
merchandise, unopened cartons returned with written authorization within 75
days: 80% credit
Salable
merchandise, unopened cartons returned with written authorization within 150
days: 50% credit
Merchandise
unsuitable for resale because of age, obsolescence or expiration date: No
credit.
